Stutman Contracting, Inc. is a licensed, registered, bonded, insured and DCAM certified General Contractor in the state of Massachusetts.
Stutman Contracting Inc. has done many new and renovated public projects that have been funded by Local, State, and Federal Government. Some of this work includes a State-of-the-Art Post Office, Senior Center, Elderly Housing, Low-Income Housing, and State College Projects.
Stutman Contracting has experience building for many CDC's and the City of Worcester. We've renovated and built new buildings both for vacant and tenant occupied properties. Stutman contracting also does business with HUD and Mass Housing.

Hollis St.
This Project consisted of moving 4 three-family homes from their original location to their new location, and foundations, on Hollis St. All were completely gutted and renovated to the beautiful homes you see now. This project is just one of many revitalization projects being done for the Main South CDC in the Main St. are of Worcester.
Kilby St.
This Project is another addition to our work within the Main South area in Worcester. This particular photo shows our ability to turn vacant lots into top of the line housing in our efforts to revitalize this blighted area of the community.
